Why was there a minimum order surcharge when purchasing this item? I did end up buying 4 because they're useful supplies, but I am upset that this was introduced. Is this a temporary measure? I didn't have to pay it when buying a 20 CHF item just three days ago. I have been a loyal client for years, but if this is a permanent change I WILL take my business elsewhere.
