Why is your machine sold without the stick with the video training and where can one contact for support in case of problems? My machine doesn't want to cut the subjects in the middle despite calibrating (which doesn't really work either), it's always a little offset to the right-bottom. Also, I don't understand why you can only cut without or with 1 mm margin, why not with 0.50 mm? Thanks for the help!

My machine didn't come with a stick either, I don't think it's normally included. Not sure why you can't cut a border, works fine for me. You can enter a margin in or out, 0.5 or 2 cm, no problem. Do you just scan or use the software? I would always recommend using the software, it's much easier and more precise. There is a Brother manual on the internet but I personally found the numerous videos you can find on the net much quicker.
