I was able to solve the problem. Under the device manager, the Cameo4 is still displayed as "Other devices->SilhouetteCameo4" with a ? sign. But this has nothing to do with the function. In the Silhoutte Studio software, I was able to update the firmware of the printer under "Send". Since then, "Ready to load" is also displayed and works perfectly.
