Question about Canon Pixma G4511 Megatank
I would like to ask everyone who has this printer: do you also have to have the ink hoses refilled at longer intervals with the maintenance software? I see only air in some of the ink hoses, even though I have enough ink in the tanks. I have bought this printer 3 times and they all had this problem. I have complained to Canon about this, but have not received a proper answer. I would be happy to receive many answers.

I've had mine for about 3/4 of a year now and so far (knock on wood) everything has worked fine. I have to admit that the print quality does not play a role for me. I had to go out to print important things before, especially the print quantity forces me to do so. I will be more attentive from now on.

Yes, we have that too. Often there is a colour missing and then I have to do the big maintenance. That often consumes a lot of paint... I put it down to the little use.

My printer is always in the cool room and unfortunately I have to print everything several times until the colour quality is acceptable....
