I have been using this printer for several months. Since installing Windows 10, I can still print but no longer scan. I have not connected the printer via the network but directly via the USB port. I have done the following: uninstalled the driver, reinstalled it, changed the USB ports. Can anyone help me before I return the printer?
did you only reinstall the driver or the complete software including the driver package of the printer?
does the printer also have a new firmware ? you can usually see in the download area of the printer if there is something new...
