Hello I finally got this scanner yesterday... but unfortunately it takes strange pictures. It doesn't scan nicely... on the contrary, every single time the whole sheet is streaked with lots of horizontal stripes and that doesn't go away? Did I get a broken scanner? Please help me... it's not cheap so it doesn't work afterwards. Best regards
