Hello, The delivery service for this product is not available at my address. The Post Office would deliver it, but under what conditions (I live on the ground floor) would I have to pay for this delivery? Best regards, Philippe Dupraz

Hello,
It sometimes happens that additional services (assembly, etc) are not available for certain addresses. Delivery is made by Post Logistics at no extra cost (bulky goods and/or goods weighing more than 30 kg). You can find more information about this here: https://www.galaxus.ch/fr...
