Hello, I'm trying to connect the RP Wirleless remote control supplied. Nothing lights up. The batteries are in and the protective film on the remote control battery has been removed. I've activated the button on the box and pressed the remote until it reacts - have I forgotten something? There's no information in the instructions for this?

Hello, you need to be careful because the sensor is under the chair, maybe make it more visible by looking in the pocket underneath, there are batteries to put in the chair casing... I think they are AAA.

Be careful:

Remote control battery
Chair battery in the pocket underneath (be careful, you have to pull the footrest out to access it)

If this has already been done, contact Digitec for the warranty.
