Product Description

YATO thread sealing thread with a length of 50 meters. Designed for sealing steel fittings in central heating systems. The thread sealing material is intended for use in systems with a maximum pressure of up to 15 bar and an operating temperature of -20 °C to 130 °C.

The thread is made from particularly durable polyamide fibers, making it tear-resistant. Additionally, using the sealing thread allows for a connection adjustment of up to 45°, unlike Teflon tapes, which significantly simplifies assembly and reduces costs.

Furthermore, the YATO thread is saturated with a special silicone grease that enhances sealing properties and does not harden. This makes loosening the screw very easy, even after many years. A double-sided cutting knife in the lid ensures quick and easy cutting of the thread to the desired length.

The thread sealing material is suitable for sealing up to 110 1/2" connectors. In the attached table, you will find the recommended number of turns for specific pipe diameters.
