Solvent-free two-component epoxy resin-based adhesive for high loads. The working time is up to 90 minutes. The curing time and final strength depend on the temperature. It sets after 12 hours at room temperature. The adhesive bond is impact-resistant, ageing-resistant and moisture-resistant. It is also available in a user-friendly double-chamber syringe, which makes it easy to dose the two components in the correct mixing ratio. Materials: Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastics, glass fibre reinforced plastics, hard PVC, rubber and rigid foams such as polystyrene. Not suitable for bonding large glass surfaces, polyethylene or polypropylene. Processing/application instructions: The surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (threads of the same length). Apply adhesive to one side or, in the case of rough materials, to both sides. Join parts together accurately without pressure. Working time (pot life): approx. 90 minutes.
