Reading - Understanding - Learning offers teaching materials for a hands-on and production-oriented literature class in primary and secondary education. Each edition is developed by experienced teachers and includes detailed text analyses, a toolbox with a variety of ideas for the classroom, ready-to-use photocopiable templates, the integration of reading promotion and literary learning, as well as methodological connections to educational standards. This is aimed at a literature class that fosters reading competence and motivation, expands general knowledge, and supports the identity development of students. The materials are aligned with the curricula and educational standards in the subject of German, and the photocopiable templates allow for differentiated use in the classroom.
