noblechairs HERO - Black Edition
First gamer chair and I am conquered!
The chair has a seat a little too firm but we'll see with time if it continues. The different adjustments for the seat are great (can block or not the tilt effect), the backrest can go down very low to believe that I fall sometimes hahaha. The stitching really gives this chair some character so I would recommend getting it in other colors than just black (gold for me).
Beware of the weight of the package more than 30 kg anyway for the transport if you take it in branch.

In summary, Nobelchair is for me a comfortable chair, which is reminiscent of the seat feeling of a car seat of the upper price range without being too sporty. This can be adjusted ergonomically correct and has an adjustable lumbar support, which I personally like.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price for such a chair is too high, especially because I had to reorder a gas spring and the cushions are not even memory foam cushions and on top of that are dust collectors. You have to buy the set separately for 67 CHF. It would have been nice if all this had been included instead. With the 2 year manufacturer warranty, I wonder if Noblechairs stands behind their build quality. Sure the components are high quality, but what good is it to the customer if the chair breaks after two years and they have to buy a new one? Competitors in the similar price segment such as Secretlabs give 3 years on their 2020 series and another 2 years if you register with them. Backforce (Interstuhl) even gives a full 10 year warranty. Unfortunately both chairs are not available in Switzerland.
I hope I could help you with your decision!

Hammer! I am 1.88 and 105-110 KG have wide shoulders. The Icon and Epic were too tight at the top but this is TOP! Also the quali! Logo is also straight and everything tiptop fast to screw together )best to 2. because of the back you have to fix) ! Can recommend it further!

Led without wedge cushion for the seat and lumbar cushion for the back for me after a few days to back and buttocks pain, the built-in pump function is unusable or insufficient for a healthy back posture, plastic holder of the supplied carrier for the cushion cracked when tightening, ergo now no longer usable.

Very high build quality and leaves nothing to be desired for individual adjustment!
Most valuable I find the infinitely adjustable Ländenstütze, which is a dream for people with back problems!

Not being very light (120kgs), I was looking for a chair that looked very solid and reliable. When I saw "max load 150kgs" I said to myself that .... :-)
Frankly, I have no criticism to make. Practical to assemble, everything is well finished, a really cool feeling on it. I recommend without hesitation.
I just have a small incomprehension on the cushion that is put in the lower back, unable to understand how it is supposed to hold in place (yet the instructions are clear but ... except for that), but I do not feel lack.
And in addition, it has a chic and sober side that suits me, the finish of the stitching in red is perfect.

Looks valuable and stable. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the typical smell (stinks of plastic) which does not exist in high-quality plastic products!
much too hard, should never have bought the chair, either have forgotten the cushion with me, or much too much reingemacht, so that one sits on it not at all comfortable, literally Steinhart! besides, you can not attach the cushions properly, because actually intended for other chairs, when trying then promptly tore me a strap, because of too much tension..... great chair.... not....

Assembling the chair was quick and easy. My first impression was that the chair was still of high quality, apart from a few shortcomings (the handles and armrests look cheap and the cushions are completely useless). Despite the hard seat, it takes some getting used to, but over time I find it comfortable. After a while, the gas pressure spring or rocker mechanism squeaked extremely with every turn. I didn't expect this from a manufacturer that markets its products as the best gaming chairs. Unfortunately, the warranty had already expired and no goodwill can be expected from support, although this seems to be a common problem. They would rather offer me the individual parts again. However, I'm not prepared to invest twice in an inferior product. I wouldn't buy a gaming chair again afterwards and would rather buy a high-quality office chair straight away.

I don't understand the youtube reviews and tests. They praise the Noblechairs Hero heavily and yet it's not really the best. It has a lot of quirks and you expect a lot more for a "gamer chair" that you are supposed to sit on for 8 to 12 hours.
I thought when people wrote "hard seat" it couldn't be worse than sitting on my wooden chair, which I've used for 5 years now. Well, I think the Hero is about as hard through there.
Anyway, you can certainly get better for the money. I'm a little disappointed.

First I thought; this must be a Monday product, some oblique stitches (seams in the diamond pattern) some small scratches / scuffs, sharp plastic seam on the left armrest (I have ground off), sloping backrest after assembly (you have to correct).
All gaming chairs in the upper price range use the same components, at least in the basic mechanics. The design/material of the armrests and seat can be different.
This is where I still like Noblechairs the best. But more than 4 stars are not in it.
Most disturbing definitely the toxic glue smell in the first 3 weeks, and that the chair depending on the position of the locking function disturbing Wackeln can.
Nevertheless, I find the chair for chilling and gaming quite good, as an office chair rather less suitable.

I bought the chair when it was in action. It has a very high quality finish, good lumbar function, very flexible armrests, good rocking effect, good cushion (a bit hard after prolonged use) and it is a bit hard. I am 1.90m tall and it fits well.

The chair is very comfortable even after sitting for a long time (home office). The armrests are very wide, thanks to the additional settings optimal for many desks.

Very good quality chair. Excellent build quality, well packaged, easy to assemble.
The seat is comfortable but a little firm at first, so it takes a little time to get used to.
The material used is very pleasant.

I've been needing a new chair for a while and had always wanted to buy the genuine leather version. i decided on the spot to buy the new model because it looks more appealing to me.
The quality of the workmanship is excellent and everything feels very high quality. The seating comfort is excellent and I at least have the feeling that I'm sitting much healthier on it than on my old chair.
Now a BUT (even if there is no rating deduction for it): After the assembly and the first days afterwards, the chair smelled very strongly of plastic, so that I even got a headache from it. Contrary to what I originally suspected, the chair was not the primary source of the smell, but the cushions that came with it. Therefore, the cushions including the foam inserts should definitely be washed immediately. Also wipe the chair with a damp cloth.
The smell is now mostly gone, 4 days after commissioning. However, I clearly expect the chair to be completely odour-free in the next few days, otherwise I will (have to) return it due to a product defect.

Unfortunately, the chair arrived with div. defects. After consulting with customer service, the only option was to return the entire chair (instead of just the damaged parts). When we then wanted to do this, the bottom part could not be taken apart. That meant contacting them again and investing time. We were then told that it was not possible to take these parts apart. We then had to organize a very large cardboard box ourselves (we could not be helped with this). The post office pickup times between 1pm-5pm were very inconvenient, since we work during the day, someone had to take the whole afternoon off. (The same was with the receipt of the goods, unfortunately only the supplier disappeared again and claimed 3xgeklingelt to have, which was not true)After about 2 hours of time, we have then decided to demand that money back, because the risk that the next delivery again the same game runs was too big for us. Too bad...
I wanted a chair that I could sit on well at 1.85 m and 80 kg. The backrest goes right up to my head and it is very comfortable with the pillow. The backrest can be adjusted to suit any back. The chair can be reclined extremely far without anything becoming unstable. The armrests wobble minimally when you jiggle them. But this is not disturbing at all. The only negative thing is that the chair does not return from the reclined position by itself. You have to push the backrest up by hand when lying down. The armrests are also a little far apart. In the minimum position just ok. The chair is probably intended for wider people. Highly recommended despite the expensive purchase price.

Have long been looking for a high-quality and comfortable gaming chair and finally came across the noblechairs HERO. Important for me were a wide seat and backrest. Almost all gaming chairs have an extremely narrow car seat shape and thus constrict you strongly depending on your physique. This is not the case with the HERO. I have enough space on it with my 1.80m and 89 kg.
If you are looking for a chair without an overly kitschy gamer look, this is also the right chair for you. It is rather simple and as the name suggests noble (except special editions such as DOOM and Fallout).
Now for the negative points, which of course are a bit more detailed.
The wobbly armrests do not make a good impression compared to the rest of the very massive and high-quality chair. It is also annoying that there is a lot of grease under the armrests on the swivel mechanism. When I adjust the armrests in the side, I automatically have some grease on my finger. Yes they are adjustable in all directions and there is material rubbing on material, but I don't want to get any of that on a chair in this price range and I don't want to have to wash my hands after every adjustment.
The cushions feel good, but fulfill their purpose only conditionally. The lumbar cushion is superfluous, as the chair has a built-in, adjustable and very noticeable lumbar support. The pillow for the head is on the one hand a little too thick and also makes the impression that it was not designed for this chair. The mounting strap is extremely taut and you feel like it will shoot the cushion up at any moment.
When mounting the backrest to the seat, the backrest has some play and you have to align it precisely before tightening the screws. This could have been solved by means of a rail system perhaps a little more charming.
All in all, I am absolutely satisfied with the HERO.

Having used the Noble Hero for about 2 weeks now, I am overall very happy with it. It offers great support, is very well made for most and looks fantastic.
The PU leather feels and looks great, the stitching is clean and even, and the lumbar support offers a nice range of adjustment that you don't get from many gaming chairs at a similar price. It was also pretty easy to put together myself,
I can definitely recommend it to anyone
Many thanks to Digitech for the very fast delivery

Very comfortable seat, 30 min to assemble, the only thing I can recommend is to take the delivery for 50 francs in addition, the package is 32 kilos heavy and has no grip holes,

When you sit on the chair for the first time, it is a little hard, but you get used to it very quickly. The range of movement is terrific - I don't know of any chair that has such a large range of movement.

Bought in 2018 and used Seitan almost daily.
After 4 years, there are still no obvious signs of use and they are just as comfortable and stable as on the first day.
Other (cheaper) chairs have given up the ghost after 3 years at the latest. Not this one. Top product, super satisfied, definitely recommendable!

Am very dissatisfied with the model, the chair makes noise that is no longer beautiful, crunches and cracks with every movement on the chair, my dog also runs at every Po rutscher vo me in the room and thinks I got up so loud is the crunch.
Very sad, for so much money I would have definitely expected to get a quality product, had the Epic Chair earlier and was zufrrieden. Buy me a more expensive model for heavy people and get a downgrade... very lousy action.
