Pattex Repair 100% – the heat-resistant universal adhesive for indoors and outdoors
Whether indoors or outdoors: Pattex's strong repair adhesive allows for all types of repairs thanks to its water and temperature resistance (-50°C to +80°C). This all-purpose glue can bond most materials and is ideal for medium to large surface applications. The upside-down design of the bottle with a flat bottom allows for upright storage, ensuring the adhesive is always ready for use. With the audible click of the cap, you can be assured that the bottle is securely closed and no glue will leak out.
Application: 1. Moisten surfaces with a cloth. 2. Carefully unscrew and remove the cap. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on one side. 3. Press surfaces together and secure with tape or a clamp. Screw the cap back onto the bottle until you hear a click. 4. Full bonding strength is achieved after 24 to 48 hours.

Instructions for use | Substrate pre-treatment: The surfaces to be bonded must be sound, dry and free of grease and dust. If necessary, vacuum the substrate and clean with a solvent, e.g. white spirit. Completely remove old adhesive and sealant residues as well as unsound coatings and rust. Protect neighbouring surfaces with film or adhesive tape if necessary. Application: The application of PATTEX 100% depends on the materials to be bonded. As a rule, one-sided application is sufficient (see technical data sheet for details). The parts are joined together immediately after application of the adhesive and fixed for at least 30 minutes using adhesive tape or screw clamps. In contrast to other types of adhesive, it is NOT necessary to apply high pressure, but simply to hold the parts to be bonded in position. PATTEX 100% hardens by absorbing water from the environment. It must therefore be ensured that moisture can reach the adhesive during all bonding processes. Moisture suppliers are the air (air humidity/water vapour) or the substrate. Cleaning: Clean immediately after employees with a dry cloth. Fresh residues can be removed with alcohol or solvent. Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically! Storage: Store in a frost-free, cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children. |
