The merging of the sixteen worlds has created a completely new and chaotic dimension. A new generation of heroes joins forces with the elemental dragons to save this new world from evil. Arin, a ninja fan and Spinjitzu amateur, must find his way in this new world. Together with his friend Sora, he participates in mech races in self-built racing mechs when a small dragon named Riyu appears just before their destination. A great adventure begins, leading our new heroes to the land of the three mountains, the Crossroads fair, and the realm of madness. Along the way, they encounter new allies and old acquaintances, always pursued by the claws of the Empire.
