Product details

Doctor Döblinger's tasteful puppet theater is not just any ordinary tent performance, but an enjoyable, literary entertainment for children. The puppet stage has received numerous excellent reviews and has been featured at various theaters and festivals, including the Munich Volkstheater. The owners, authors, narrators, and puppeteers are Richard Oehmann and Josef Parzefall, who have written and performed nine children's plays across Germany for their stage. The elaborate booklet includes portraits and information about each of the puppet characters. Additionally, children can study a detailed map of Doctor Döblinger's very quirky Kasperl region while listening.

Plot: Just as Kasperl is getting comfortable at the Gasthaus Ruhetag, the city's hiking day breaks out in Hinterwieselharing, and Seppl marches eagerly ahead. Unfortunately, Kasperl learns that Chantalle, the crocodile of the magician Gottlieb Wurst, has escaped. Moreover, the witch Annegehr is lurking with a treacherous trap and nerve-wracking singing for Seppl. Kasperl decides to take to the hiking trail himself to save his friend from the dangers.
