A world novelty in the pencil industry that has been captivating for years is the GRIP 2001. The patented soft-grip zone prevents fingers from slipping. The ergonomic triangular shape ensures fatigue-free writing. The coating is done with environmentally friendly water-based lacquer, a technology that Faber-Castell was the first manufacturer to introduce. The lead is fully glued to the wooden casing, making it particularly break-resistant. The GRIP 2001 pencil is available in 5 different hardness grades.
