Johann's world is in disarray. His room is under water, the garden, the fields, the meadows are flooded, ice floes are floating in the water and men and women in Eskimo furs are rowing towards him in a kayak. Do they want to go to him? He quickly sneaks up to his grandmother in the attic room, who is sitting in front of the TV and sighs: "The weather is completely crazy. How is it all going to end?" The green boots come at the right time. Everyone is talking about the climate catastrophe, and the children are listening in. But how do they hear what the adults are talking about? Possibly in exactly the way Hans Traxler tells about it: in dreamlike images of a fantastic story. They come to us, the large and small polar bears, sled dogs and seals, the giant walruses, the Eskimos - in reality or only in dreams?
