In the world of Izuku Midoriya, being a hero is a real job, as 80% of the population is blessed with superpowers. At U.A., they learn to use their powers for good while adhering to the rules. However, there are always those who have no interest in following the rules - the so-called vigilantes - who operate in the shadows of legality, even if they are doing good. Koichi, a big fan of All Might, is one of them. He uses his power to pick up trash or help passersby with their shopping - well-intentioned, but unfortunately, it is prohibited to use one’s powers in public, and thus he becomes a vigilante. Koichi decides to form a kind of citizen patrol.
