No other work in the German language is as well-known and widespread worldwide as the fairy tale collection by brothers Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. The term "Grimm's Fairy Tales" has become synonymous with the entire wealth and colorful brilliance of the German-speaking fairy tale treasure. The brothers meticulously reviewed and revised the traditional stories, shaping them into great literature. This volume presents the complete edition of the "Children's and Household Tales" from 1812/1815 (in the second edition from 1819) with 444 illustrations by the Art Nouveau artist Otto Ubbelohde.
