Elvie pump is fully on breast, heavier to carry in a bra. Medela’s cups are very light, the pump itself is on a cable and can be worn in a pocket or lying next to you on a couch or table. The cups are transparent - you can see the nipples and check if the pump is attached correctly.
This Medela model is really good, easy to use and clean.
