Pump switches off in the middle of the pumping process. After that, it can no longer be started. What can I do?

Hello Janine I had the same problem and received a replacement unit. At some point, the device could no longer be switched on. A reset did not help.

Just had the same problem after 7 weeks. Reset etc. does not help. Tip: Switch on/off very often, click the "play" button and immediately adjust the pump strength (regardless of whether + or -). The pump worked again, sometimes for 7 minutes, sometimes for 20 minutes. Not a permanent solution, but the tip saves someone from a milk blockage...

I had the same problem, after not quite 3 months it stopped several times during the pumping process and could no longer be switched on. Plugging it into the charging cable helps, but that's not the point if you can only pump when it's plugged into the charging cable. I also had to have my device replaced.
