Hello, the screen doesn't work as normal sometimes. Once it ran up to maximum level by itself and I can't stop or pause it. I could only turn it off. I thought it is just coincidence but today it happened again. I could not press anything on the screen. I just bought it 3 weeks ago and have used 8 times. 2 of 8 times didn't work well. What can I do?

Hello, Gatee1308. Galaxus is awesome this way; I had a problem with mine last week too. It stopped working mid-pump and went on total blackout. I registered my concern, sent the inoperative unit to the nearest Galaxus store and received a new one the very next day! Good luck.
