Why is the Google Pixel 4 listed as Dual SIM on German websites and Single SIM at digitec? Kind regards Marin

The Pixel 4 has a nano SIM slot and an E-SIM installed internally (as with certain iPhones).
But at the moment, not a single Swiss provider supports Google's E-SIM.
