When Digitec forgot to include a Swiss cable with the Ubiquiti products I ordered, I always contacted them and told them about the problem and they delivered a suitable cable without any problems.

However, all Swiss dealers are legally obliged to supply a Swiss power cable or a disposable adapter for electrical appliances sold in Switzerland. You cannot avoid this obligation by stating in the product description that the appliance is supplied with a German connection cable.
