What is the exact difference between this model version and the EU version? There is no information about this. It also says "Hotsport no" on both models. Is that really the case?

CN version Global ROM: Multi language, support OTA update, with Google play store(Unlocked bootloader for installation Global rom, Android numbers, Netflix, some banking app might not supported.). Hotspot: yes.
