What does used and tested mean? How long were the units in use? scratches etc? Are there original photos?

The item has slight dents on the back and was returned within the return period. Used and inspected means that the original packaging has been opened and the item has been in use, in addition it was inspected by us upon return. Unfortunately, we do not have any original photos.
