Question about Bose Bass Module 700
They sent me a Micro Wave 10 days ago instead of the Bose Bass Module. Contact requests are not answered by Galxus. I was lied to in the chat and nobody got in touch to help me. Now I'm stuck with a soundbar without a bass module and a Micro Wave that I don't need. Galaxus customer service is non-existent.
