The subwoofer does not deliver a clear sound. Even at minimum volume, it "chroosets" annoyingly in between. It seems to be a "setting issue", as the returned, originally purchased unit had the same fault. Any ideas? Thank you.

Have you tested the soundbar with another device, e.g. a notebook with HDMI output? By "chrooset" do you mean a hiss, crackle or hum?

I have the same product. With me, chrooset does nothing. Neither with the standard settings nor optimised. There must be something wrong. What kind of surface is the sub standing on?
