Question regarding the indication "showroom": Does the smartphone have any damage or other "defects" after being displayed in the showroom?

This only means that the product is on display in the showroom. It is not a used mobile phone. So you get a new product :) But if you are interested in holding the device in your hand beforehand, you can do so in a showroom (Digitec shop). Hope I could help :)
