What exactly does "EU version" mean? What is the difference to the normal version?

I am not absolutely sure. But I believe that the EU version includes frequency band 28, which is not included in the standard version. Frequency band 28: maxwireless.de/2017/lte-700-mhz-band-28/ In any case, there is no reason not to buy the EU version.
