On my device, the Fingerabdrock Sen no longer works after a few weeks. The sensitivity has become so low that it can no longer recognise my print. Cleaning is of no use.

This is out of place here with the questions about the product. Since the guarantee is still available, simply report the guarantee case in the customer account, send it in and that's it.
