My Urbanista Stockholm flashes blue continuously on the left handset. What does this mean and what can I do?

This is due to the Bluetooth connection. Please reset the headphones and try again. If this does not work, please contact our customer service so that a warranty case can be opened.

Reset: Place both headphones in the case, press and hold the logo on the headphones for 10 seconds, remove the headphones and place them side by side, then reconnect the headphones to your phone.
