Due headphones are charged with the block and the block with a USB cable. There is nothing about wireless charging on their website either, so I wouldn't assume that.

So I can only make a phone call to one, but it has to be the right one.
The headphones should only switch off if you press one of the logos for more than 5 seconds or if you place the headphones in the charging case. Otherwise, I would file a warranty claim if they turn off for no apparent reason.

One headset has no indicator and the other warns that the battery is about to run out.
According to my research, it can work with one pair of headphones, but only if it's the right one. Otherwise, you would have to get new headphones. This is due to the Bluetooth connection. Please reset the headphones and try again. If this does not work, please contact our customer service so that a warranty case can be opened. Reset: Place both headphones in the case, press and hold the logo on the headphones for 10 seconds, remove the headphones and place them side by side, then reconnect the headphones to your phone.

Unfortunately, there are no exact figures, as the connection is extremely dependent on the environment. However, a distance of 5-10 metres should be possible.
