For example, if I drink something and move my jaw, they switch off. Is there a way to adjust this?

The headphones should only switch off if you press one of the logos for more than 5 seconds or if you place the headphones in the charging case. Otherwise, I would file a warranty claim if they turn off for no apparent reason.
