My iPhone 15 Plus came with a cable that is much narrower than the previous one when connected to the charger. Is that USB-A? But the product specification says USB-C. I therefore cannot connect my new iPhone to my PC. Are there any adapters for this? I would be very grateful for any advice. Thank you very much.

A USB-C cable is included with the iPhone. There are corresponding adapters for this. Here, for example: Joyroom adapter (USB type C, USB 2.0)
