My Emporia Touchsmart shows on the display: Sim locked/enter the SIM PIN: - and SOS at the bottom right. The smartphone does not respond when PIN or SPIN is entered. Smartphone off/on no improvement! Removing/inserting the battery and SIM card does not help either. The smartphone does not respond. The SOS display cannot be removed either!
