It's the same with me. According to the customer service, orders are processed as they are received. They also told me that they can't currently say when a delivery will take place. I am therefore considering whether I should do without dual-sim, especially as Interdiscount is running a 10% promotion this weekend on the new S8 and S8+ devices.
