Moin zsämä. Is the camera in the Life version identical to the one in the non-Life version? Does Life stand for Lite? That would be a bit deceptive ... Merrssi. Danitec.

No, the cameras are not identical. The U11 Life has a 16MP and the U11 a 12.2MP main camera.
Generally the U11 Life is a cheaper version of the U11 (see specifications). Also, the U11 Life is an Android One device, which means it has no HTC specific customisations in the Android.
