I can't say anything about the voice quality. It sounds good and the others understand me well. For the operation, there is certainly a launcher that replaces the standard and is therefore more suitable for seniors or those who are not tech-savvy. Funnily enough, in my experience, "older" people get on better with iPhones, which have never had a smartphone in their hands before, but they also cost more ;)
