No, the UniFi AP-AC Pro must be supplied with an operating voltage of 48V and therefore requires a switch or router that can also supply 48V PoE. This would be e.g. the UniFi Switch 8-60W (can only supply 48V PoE), the UniFi Switch 8-150W (can supply 24V passive PoE and 48V PoE) or the Edgerouter PoE 5 (can supply 24V and 48V).

Only the smaller UniFi APs (Lite + LR) can also be operated with only 24V passive PoE.
