Question about X-T2 Kit - 50143
It's just annoying that delivery times keep getting pushed back. Other online shops have already adjusted the delivery times more than a week ago. What applies now?
There are obviously a lot of enquiries about the delivery time of this cam. I have a similar problem with a Fujinon lens I ordered in mid-Dec. Digitec told me that the supplier himself can update the availability on the Digitec shop. Yesterday, Digitec told me that they would be able to deliver in mid-February, and today the supplier has again set the delivery date at 4-6 weeks, i.e. early/mid-March.
I have written to Digitec asking them to check with the supplier or directly with Fuji-Switzerland to find out what the problem is. Digitec has made a lot of money in online trade, and transparency for the customer would be more than appropriate.
The X-T2 is probably one of the best cams on the market, the 18-55 mm is excellent. I have now ordered this set from another retailer.
The delivery time for the product applies to a new order. For an existing order, the deadline in the customer account applies.
