I don't quite understand the question ... The only thing I can say is that the switch, as I have used it, works perfectly and without any problems.

The case being out of metal the Swiss loie obliges all the switch commutators networks has to have an exit ground this in order to be able to déparasiter the catches rj45 internal and to prevent fire at the time of overtansions, except this apareil is here with the German standard and the SIG controller in Geneva told me that this device is not legal or even prohibited for use in Switzerland because it does not have an earth connection. It is CLASS1 and therefore prohibited in Switzerland, and the sector does not have an earth connection either.
Has anyone been able to solve the problem of the non-existent earth connection on this switch and make it compliant with Swiss legislation?

I to am not sure of the meaning of ‘ deparasified’, it takes 12V DC input from a 220VAC external transformer. If you are concerned about clean power, you could supply it from a different 12V source, or if redundancy or uninterrupted power is needed, it is standard 12VDC and could be easily set-up. Elaborate your question and I an sure someone will chime in
