Hello, I can also confirm this. The hard drive wobbles in the housing and that should not be the case in my opinion. It looks like a faulty production. I will return it to Digitec today.
I can't answer this technical question. In any case, I never jiggle HDDs, especially not when they are in operation, but treat them like raw eggs.
