I think the former is no. You need an SFP+ transceiver. And it's a bit tricky, firstly you need to know what frequency Swisscom uses in your area, and secondly the company that sells the transceiver directly needs to configure it to Ubiquiti. I did this at fs.com and luckily it worked. And second, I don't know. I asked Init7 and I linked them to the exact model I wanted to buy and they said basically it should work.

The best thing to do is ask Swisscom what they use, then go to fs.com with the data and order there, and then you pray.
