The way the speaker looks in the photos, the bracket would not be ideal because of the slopes at the bottom. The cheeks that are supposed to hold the speaker would come to rest on the slopes and would not hold the speaker securely. I use the bracket with straight-cut speakers and it works fine.

...at best you could screw the speakers on from below, there are corresponding holes in the bracket.
