Is the soundbar compatible with a Samsung and TV 55 ru 7379? Because this TV does not play back DTS.

yes, you can use the UE55RU7379UXZG with the Soundbar HW-T550/ZG.

Unfortunately, I don't know your TV set. On my Samsung TV UE37B6000VP, the soundbar with optical input works perfectly.
