Is the S8+ Duos version compatible with Samsung Pay? Has anyone tested with a Swiss SIM card?

Yes, Samsung Pay works with both Swiss and German cards. However, the whole thing apparently runs via Samsung Pay Hong Kong. I only receive promotions and news from Samsung Hong Kong. I have not been able to change this until today. If anyone knows any advice....
