Question about Intel Wireless-AC 9260

Is the intel 9260NGW wifi card compatible with the intel 8260NGW, or does it need its own driver? I want to replace the wifi card in my Auralic Aries Femto because it is overheating and causing problems. It is recommended to use the intel 8260NGW, but you don't have it in stock. But I don't know if Auralic supports other drivers than for the specified 8260.

This card has an M.2 connection. It works perfectly with the driver supplied. This card also has very good large cooling fins, which of course also requires corresponding space. I installed this card in a Dell Vostro 3470 desktop. I am very satisfied. This card also has a large range and is also super fast and can only recommend this product.
