In principle yes, but the fastest port is 2.5 Gbit/s, so it is not suitable for 10 Gbit/s Internet / Lan operation or is pointless.

Fritz!Box 5690 Pro achieves up to 2.5 Gbit/s (GPON) or 1 Gbit/s (AON) with fibre optics, depending on the connection standard. However, the 2.5 Gbit/s port is limited to 2.5 Gbit/s and cannot reach 10 Gbit/s, but the Wi-Fi speed is very high, with up to 18,490 Mbit/s (Wi-Fi 7).
For the highest speeds
FRITZ!Box 5690 Pro:
Advantages: Supports both GPON (up to 2.5 Gbit/s) and AON (up to 1 Gbit/s) connections and offers very high WLAN speed with Wi-Fi 7.
Disadvantages: The 2.5 Gbit/s port is the highest LAN speed, a 10 Gbit/s connection is not supported.
