Is it possible that the wifi calling function does not work with this import model? Unfortunately, I don't have this option, although the S8+ Duos should actually support it.

It must be activated on the device ("Settings" - "Connections" - "Other connection settings" - "Wi-Fi Calling" - "WI-FI CALLING SETTINGS" - "Wi-Fi Preferred"). Furthermore, at Swisscom it is currently only possible with an iPhone (as far as I know ".") At Salt and Sunrise it also works with other mobile phones.
